Counter-notice
If you receive a notice that your content has been removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice including:
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- Identification of the removed content and its location prior to removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, consenting to an appropriate jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order against the alleged infringer.
Note: The DMCA is a U.S. law. If you are located outside the United States and wish to report copyright infringement, please include comparable information as described above; we will handle the notice in accordance with applicable law.
